12 months' warranty: what that means in practice in refractory construction

A warranty is only worth as much as the workmanship behind it. Four points that make up a warranty you can rely on in refractory technology.

Planning and quality assurance in refractory construction

A warranty is only worth as much as the workmanship behind it. We do not offer ours as a sales argument, but because the way we work supports it.

Four points of a warranty you can rely on

  • End-to-end responsibility: our own installation teams instead of subcontractors. That leaves no gap in responsibility between planning, material and installation — one point of contact from the assessment through to handover.
  • Material selection according to the load profile: bricks and materials are specified for the temperature, chemistry and mechanical loading of each zone — not for the lowest price per square metre.
  • Controlled heat-up with defined holding stages: it minimises stress cracks that would otherwise only become visible as damage months later.
  • As-built documentation with batch traceability: every batch installed can be traced — in the event of damage there is no argument about responsibility, but a clear set of facts.

For you that means planning certainty, calculable plant availability and a partner who stands behind its work.
