What does Emergency involve?

An unplanned furnace shutdown costs real money – every hour counts. Our emergency service is available around the clock and ensures that you receive help as quickly as possible in the event of a breakout, a leak or critical lining damage. One phone call is all it takes, and we set the emergency plan in motion.

Our experienced refractory experts support you with an initial assessment right there on the phone: How critical is the damage? Can the furnace be shut down in a controlled manner? Which immediate measures make sense? In parallel, we mobilise the response team and assemble the required materials – all to reduce the response time to a minimum.

Our emergency response teams are equipped with their own tools, equipment and the most common repair materials. They are usually on site within 24 hours – often considerably faster in critical cases. The goal is always the same: to restore operational readiness as quickly as possible while ensuring lasting repair quality.
