From the first call to handover: why an end-to-end process decides plant availability
With a refractory lining, the material alone rarely decides the outcome — how reliably the whole sequence is organised does. Our process in six steps.

With a refractory lining, the material alone rarely decides the outcome — how reliably the whole sequence is organised does.
Our process in six steps
- First contact and initial assessment — in an emergency, a response in under 24 hours, throughout Germany and the DACH region.
- On-site assessment — thermography, wear analysis and precise measurement as the basis for all planning.
- Concept and material selection according to the load profile — one point of contact for the entire project.
- Prefabrication in the Putzbrunn workshop — pre-assembled plant components shorten the shutdown time at the customer's site.
- Execution with our own installation teams — no subcontractors, end-to-end responsibility.
- Controlled heat-up, complete as-built documentation and handover with a warranty.
This makes shutdowns plannable, quality traceable and plant availability restored.
