What does Furnace involve?

Every industrial furnace is unique – and that is exactly how we treat it. Whether replacement refractory shaped bricks, custom nozzles and launders, or complete modification and modernisation projects: we design, manufacture and install refractory furnace components precisely to your requirements.

Original parts are often no longer available, or the requirements have changed. In these cases, our technicians take measurements on site, produce technical drawings and have the components manufactured – in close coordination with the furnace manufacturer where required. This gives you precisely fitting parts, even for older plants.

Modifications and modernisations are often about process optimisation: higher throughput, better energy efficiency or adaptation to changed products. We analyse the existing furnace geometry and lining and develop modification solutions that can be integrated into ongoing operations – on schedule and with minimum interruption to production.

Our process

Step by step to the result

Structured, transparent and on schedule — this is how we work.

1

Survey

Measurement and requirements analysis

1–2 days

Our technicians survey the existing plant on site and record all relevant dimensions and installation conditions. The requirements for temperature resistance, mechanical load and chemical resistance are defined together with you.

2

Design

Technical planning and preparation of drawings

1–2 weeks

Our engineers prepare technical drawings and specifications for the required components. For modifications, the complete modification design is carried out, including structural analysis and thermal calculations. You receive the documents for approval before manufacturing begins.

3

Manufacture

Production of the components

2–6 weeks

Manufacturing is carried out by proven suppliers under our quality supervision. Shaped bricks, precast parts and special components are produced to our specifications. Every batch is tested and the results are documented.

4

Installation

On-site installation and commissioning

1–5 days

Installation is carried out by our experienced refractory installers. For modifications, we coordinate all trades and ensure a smooth workflow. After installation, we support commissioning and verify correct functioning.
