Update the as-built documentation before the walkdown

Work through the open items from the previous inspection

Check barrier surfaces for mechanical damage and deformation

Assess signs of moisture, corrosion and ageing

Re-check joints, butt joints and perimeter connections

Reconcile every penetration against the penetration seal register

Check fixings and supporting structure for secure seating

Check labelling, accessibility and clear space

Review the interfaces with gas venting, detection and suppression

Produce the inspection report, set deadlines and file the documentation
